Mr. Vikas Goel brings nearly three decades of distinguished experience to the intersection of corporate law and strategic management.
Joined in Oct 2024 at National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (NICDC), he is currently serving as General Manager (Company Secretary, Marketing, HR & Admin). He oversees pivotal governance, marketing portfolios for India’s flagship infrastructure program and manages Human Resource & Administration.
Prior to joining NICDC, Mr. Goel served at BrahMos Aerospace, where he spent years strengthening the trust between two Shareholders including GoI with an impetus on compliance management and governance standards. From managing high-stakes international contracts to ensuring seamless board-level governance, his leadership ensured that one of the most significant Indo-Russian defense partnerships operated at the highest standards of governance.
Qualification of CS, MBA, and LLB coupled with exposure of working with organizations across different industries in his career span, Mr. Goel combines legal precision with a strategic business mindset to navigate the evolving landscapes of Infrastructure development alongside corporate governance, CSR, and stakeholders’ management.
