You have to get in touch with the administration department of your organization for generating the log in credentials for the LDB portal. If you want us to create the log in credentials then, we would need your organisation code.

In order to search the container, you need to log in to the LDB Portal by clicking on the link and enter the 11 digits alpha numeric container ID and tick the check box, where you accept the Terms and Conditions and then hit the search icon.

Logistics Data Bank is a solution that shares the container tracking information among all the companies in the supply chain. LDB is an online tracking system that allows users to locate their near real time location and time stamp of the container during its inland movement through road or railways. Currently, we are providing tracking services for all the containers moving through four terminals - JNPCT, NSICT, NSIGT and APM. Hence, the containers moving through these ports can be tracked by clicking on the mentioned URL: For tracking the container, the user must enter 11 digits alpha numeric container ID and the system will display the current location of the container.

Currently, the user is charged Rs 125/- per export and import container moving from the JNPT Ports only. This service charge is collected to provide the IT infrastructure in the background, which helps the user track the movement of the container.

LDB portal not only provides the time stamp and location of the container, but also gives Google map view for better visibility of the container. It also provides group container search and multiple container search and alerts.
