Shri Rajat Kumar Saini, CEO & MD, NICDC and Chairman, NLDSL, participated in the SASEC Senior Officials’ Meeting held on 08–09 December 2025 in Kathmandu, Nepal. During the Good Practices Dissemination Session, he showcased the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP), India’s flagship Digital Public Good enabling secure, real-time, and interoperable logistics data exchange. The presentation highlighted ULIP’s capabilities in real-time cargo tracking, automated clearances, digital identity verification, enhanced logistics financing, and improved transparency and efficiency.
