The Shipping and Logistics Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I) organized tenth (10th) edition of the Annual Shipping and Logistics Conclave on “KOLKATA - THE HUB OF LOGISTICS AND GATEWAY TO THE NORTH EAST AND NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES” on 4th, 5th and 6th February 2021 on Virtual Platform.
The Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW), Government of India, Shri Mansukh Mandaviya delivered the Inaugural Address on Thursday, 4th February 2021 as Chief Guest. On Friday, 5th February 2021, The Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways and MSME, Government of India, Shri Nitin Jairam Gadkari addressed as Chief Guest for the Day’s Session and on Saturday, 6th February 2021, The Special Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, Shri Pawan Kumar Agarwal, IAS addressed as Chief Guest for the Day's Session.
In the event, Mr. Surajit Sarkar, COO NLDS shared his views on the future of cross border logistics in India and neighbouring countries.
