January 2026 Employee Engagement Highlights:
In January 2026, employee engagement initiatives focused on strengthening connections and celebrating key milestones. The month commenced with a New Year visit to the Secretary, DPIIT, where our team extended warm New Year greetings, reinforcing mutual goodwill and collaboration. This was followed by New Year greetings extended to our respected Chairman, bringing employees together to welcome the year with renewed enthusiasm and a strong sense of team spirit.
Towards the end, a Month-End Birthday Celebration was organized to acknowledge and celebrate employees’ birthdays, fostering a warm, inclusive and positive workplace environment.
