POSH Training Awareness Session – February 2025:
In February 2025, NLDSL organized it annual POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training session, aimed at fostering a safe and respectful workplace environment.
The session focused on educating employees about their rights, responsibilities, and the process to address any instances of sexual harassment. Through interactive discussions and an informative video on the POSH Act, all employees and IC members gained a deeper understanding of its provisions and learned how to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. NLDSL remain committed to fostering a workplace culture built on respect and equality.
