Ownership and Accountability:
In April 2025, NLDSL team participated in a transformative "Ownership and Accountability" training session led by an esteemed external trainer. This session emphasized the importance of taking responsibility for one's actions and fostering a culture of accountability within the team. Through various interactive activities, team members engaged in discussions and exercises that highlighted the significance of ownership in achieving positive outcomes. The session not only provided valuable insights but also encouraged active participation, reinforcing the principles of accountability in a collaborative setting. In addition to our training sessions, we concluded April by celebrating the month's achievements with our team members.
